About me

I am a lifelong student of the stars, the body, and the earth. For years I have taught astrology and yoga and walked the path of nature as a living teacher. As an intuitive, trauma-informed guide I help people discover the healing disciplines that connect them to their soul’s voice and the courage to honor it. I have a gift for helping people open to the interconnectedness of all life, their soul’s evolutionary path, and the building of a structured and sacred devotion.

My approach is embodied, holistic, and deeply grounded. I am here for the ones ready to move beyond surviving, to awaken their creative power, reclaim their purpose, and build a life of passion, love, harmony, and true belonging.

I am Multidimensional Intuitive Guide who is passionate about soul evolution mentorship

As a yoga teacher, my focus goes beyond the body. I enjoy helping my students bring the mind, body, and soul together. I often like to provide my students with classes that combine the pace and postures that allow for a deep release, an ease of the mind, and peaceful contemplation. Through our breath we can cultivate a state of presence and stillness within. I am happy to help you meet your goals. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Tula Yoga in Chicago.

I am an intuitive astrologer who is passionate about helping others connect to and serve their divine selves. I have a strong attunement with the cosmic energies and have done years of study, both independently and one-on-one with two beloved teachers. I have been honored to help others find greater empowerment, understanding and so much more through astrology.

At my visionary Yoga in the Stars events I provide a convergence of yoga and astrology. These events are extremely supportive for whatever energies we may be living in.

I am a person in recovery, which I also like to refer to as discovery. It is an honor to be of service to others on this journey. I am currently in the process of getting my Y12SR certification. If you are in recovery and would like support, please reach out. I have a lot of experience within my own journey as well as in being an ally to others. Transformation through the archetype of the wounded healer is a great part of my dharma in this life. Together we can find joy and empowerment beyond our wildest expectations.

I am currently in school at Southwestern College in Santa Fe studying for my masters in Art Therapy and Counseling. We can work together to find your Truth in expression through a variety of different art forms an mediums, whether that be sound, movement, or the visual arts.
